I build systems
that run without me.

Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Florida, class of ’29. A film engine, a trading agent, a storefront, an AI civilization — built between classes, all still running.

This is my valley.

Twenty-two kilometers of real elevation data from Edwards, Colorado — home. Peaks at 3,990 meters, rendered live in your browser. My film engine builds worlds from the same terrain.

The Lab

One camera.
No cuts.

Greenlight is a film compiler. Give it a description and it builds the terrain, the town, and the camera path, then renders one continuous take. If a world can’t survive an unbroken camera, it isn’t a world.

It trades while I sleep.

Hermes is an autonomous trading agent, running 24/7. It operates under a constitution it can’t edit, and a separate gate grades every move it makes.

Nothing grades
its own homework.

External ledger, pre-registered tests, rules the agent can’t touch. If it works, it has to prove it the boring way.

Mac Auto Detailing

Four years
of paint.

Mac Auto Detailing: my mobile detailing business in the Vail Valley. Four years running. It predates every line of code on this page.

The standard came first.

Detailing teaches you to check every angle — the customer is standing right there. That standard came before any of the software, and everything on this page is held to it.

University of Florida

Industrial & Systems
Engineering.

Class of 2029. Optimization, operations, systems — the engineering of how an entire operation runs, not just how its parts are built.

Research: how machines reason.

A proposal for HiPerGator, UF’s supercomputer: training small models to reason in steps instead of guessing in one shot — testing whether a model can learn to think before it answers.

The machines
keep working.

Everything on this page is still running — while I’m in class, while I’m asleep, while you’re reading this. The page ends here. The processes don’t.
